@exhaler

I think Freesync monitors are like a lottery some few monitors has LFC - Low Frame Compensation ( mostly the 144hz ones) that will allow an effective FreeSync range of 24hz to 144 hz compared to 48 hz to 144hz on regular free sync monitors. For future proofing and a smooth experience on increasing demanding titles LFC is highly recommneded from my view point. All Gsync monitors are LFC , and Free Sync 2 monitors will be all LFC too.

Samsung C24FG70 you need to ask samsung support (CTC) if its FreeSync LFC ( which I suspcet it is ), but the CHG70 Featuring 27″ Curved Quantum Dot 1440p 144Hz Panel HDR is a newly released FreeSync 2 monitor ( not available in Lebanon I think). Also, the newly released ASUS ROG Strix XG27VQ 27” Curved Full HD 1080p 144Hz,   VA , Free Sync ( LFC Complaint) which currently retails at 350 USD at Amazon ( when it arrives here about 500-550 USD - you can call MEIT for any ETA). I think this monitor suits your need well.
i have 2x 1080 ti msi lightning z

i got lucky with one who managed to overclock to 2100 the other did 2063

if u can find msi lightning z 1080ti go for it

u'll pay 200$ extra but your temperature wont pass 50-55 under full load

the cheaper ti are a bit shitty when it comes to temperature they go 75+
I just followed up with pcandparts and they didn't get any new shipments for 1080Ti or monitors, below is the 1080Ti they have in stock:
  • Zotac ZT-P10810F-10P GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB AMP! Extreme Core Edition IceStorm Cooling, Spectra Lighting, 2X PowerBoost link
  • Zotac ZT-P10810D-10P GeForce GTX 1080Ti AMP 11GB GDDR5X IceStorm Cooling, Spectra Lighting, PowerBoost link
  • Zotac ZT-P10810B-10P GeForce GTX 1080Ti 11GB GDDR5X Blower link
Also no 1440p monitors, so the only choice left is to get from macrotronics
Be aware that the AMP Extreme is bulky and heavy, check for your case clearance.

I managed to find some 1440p monitors, I didn't search each item but a small search for 144Hz and then Google search for each model and I got these monitors:

- AOC AGON AG271QX 27" Wide LED Gaming 144Hz 1ms Link
http://eu.aoc.com/en/products/ag271qx/specs

- Benq Gaming XL-2730Z 27" Wide LED 144Hz Link

Thanks for the heads up, i have a full tower case so clearance won't be much of an issue.

I saw these but prefer to get a 24" not worth paying more to get 3" extra

Believe me bro, if you're going for 1440p, 27'' is your best friend.
I've got myself a 27'' Qnix 1440p over-clockable korean monitor, its been with me for 4-5 years if i'm not mistaken and it's perfect.
It managed to overclock to 90Hz and couldn't be any happier with it, it's beautiful.

If your eyesight prefers the smaller monitors then i'd suggest skip the 1440p completely and just go full HD.
that will also benefit you from not needing the 1080ti as well and making your costs less.

Just my opinon.
Check Technozila, recently a friend of mine his MSI Gaming X GTX 1080Ti from there for 820$.

Also for a 24" 1440p 144Hz monitor, I did a small newegg search by specs
https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&IsNodeId=1&N=100160979%20600030619%20600557170

As you can see 24" 1440p (Lets not include 144Hz in the mix) is not a common option in the market, I checked Mactronics site, they have 2 AOC monitors that are out of stock that match your needs

also the sagging is real, I have it and I support it from the bottom of the case with a plastic piece because the motherboard alone cant hold it.
exhaler wroteFor the specs i'm looking for 1440p 144Hz and G-sync this is what i found https://macrotronics.net/product_info.php/aoc-agon-ag241qg-24-inch-gaming-monitor-wqhd-sync-165hz-p-12113

Oh i see, i guess i would do the same if i get it. Do you have any fan noises on full load?

Hahahaha didn't notice that, i only saw the green check-box that said available. I sent them an email to inquire about it.

Macrotronics doesn't have the monitor in stock :( and the other options don't have g-sync even 27"

UPDATE 2:

Card going to get it from MEIT ~$930

Its Freesync, I wasn't able to find a monitor with all the specs (1440p, 144Hz and G-sync)

Does anyone know a shop that sells viewsonic monitors, i'm looking for this model: www.viewsonic.com/us/xg2703-gs.html or another brand but the same specs

Update: Apparently the viewsonic monitor is sold out in Lebanon shops (restock in 3-4 weeks), I found an alternative Asus monitor https://www.asus.com/Monitors/ROG-SWIFT-PG278QR/ however the supplier MEIT will restock at the end of this month.

A last resort to buy the viewsonic would be from Amazon and ship it here, but God knows the customs and how much they will charge and if it gets damaged during shipment.

If anyone knows a shop that has those items in stock please let me know. Thank you
