Anyway, there are a lot of good shows out there (and many many more crappy ones lol), but distribution and finding an outlet to watch them here, is the hard part. If we had decent internet, I would subscribe to Netflix in an instant ($12 a month which include 4k streaming--$8 for basic no HD). Their library keeps growing, and since they produce a lot of their own shows, there is no problem with distribution. Shows like the aforementioned Black Mirror, the Marvel shows, Stranger Things (another really good show btw), Arrested Development, and House of Cards are streamed on there. OSN has a few channels that play newer stuff, but options are still limited. If someone were to subscribe to the actual OSN, instead of the local distributers, you could watch shows on demand, but that also depends on having a decent internet connection. Bein offers sports packages with streaming options, but same issues with internet abound. Too bad Hulu doesn't have plans for international distribution--they would have been a good all encompassing option. Amazon streaming is another good option ($3 per month for the first 6 months), but, again, see aforementioned internet issues.
As for other scifi shows, I really like the Expanse---it had a well written first season with multiple storylines intertwining and clashing together. Season 2 starts in a few weeks.
