I have been activating genuine PC Games through Steam and Origin , by purchasing Steam/Origin Keys by G2A.com (cheaper), I am using Audi Orange Card (USD master card).

Yesterday Fallout 4 , the order is processed , payment deducted , but the final transaction failed ! About 33 USD is deducted 32.38 USD + 0.62

Does any one faced this issue , and if yes , what will be the money will be refunded ? Shall I still use G2A, or from now on it will be risky ? What Might be the cause of what happened (knowing that previous orders were smooth) ? Shall I raise a Bank Claim in my bank to follow the issue?
