Does any one faced this issue , and if yes , what will be the money will be refunded ? Shall I still use G2A, or from now on it will be risky ? What Might be the cause of what happened (knowing that previous orders were smooth) ? Shall I raise a Bank Claim in my bank to follow the issue?

Appreciated.
This happened to me before, I had a mini card from BLOOM bank, I contacted G2A support and I got a similar reply as yours, and then I went to BLOOM bank and explained the situation and after they verified everything they told that my money should be refunded in two weeks and if I face any problems I should contact them. And after 1 week and a half my money was refunded. It was my first experience with G2A and the last one....
You need to wait, in 2 weeks you should get your money back, if not then contact G2A and the bank, as for G2A I bought 1 game from them and didn't try it again, I didn't like that I'm not able to delete my Visa/CreditCard from their system and I'm forced to wait 28 days and at day 30 (in case I didn't delete it at the 28th) they will deduct a small amount from it for their Shield service, later on Sotlen keys scandal happened

I didn't face a similar issue, but the information I relied on when I mentioned the 2 weeks period is with a refund experience from Aliexpress/Banggood, usually credit cards takes that amount of time to receive back the refund, as for sources, honestly I just wait Steam sales, I already have a good library of games that keep me busy, I have all games that I like in my wish list so steam will notify me when there is a sale.
The money will be refunded eventually, you don't have to do anything
As far as I know they don't refund the money to your card but to your G2A account so that you can purchase other games using that money. Happened several times.
The money will be refunded to your bank account my friend had a similar case and he got refunded in 2 weeks
Don't share information that can get into the wrong hands, remove your email and transaction info.
aliessayli2 wroteThe money will be refunded to your bank account my friend had a similar case and he got refunded in 2 weeks
That seems odd, I never actually had a refund to my paypal account.

I didn't bring any paper or proof, I just went there and they verified everything by looking at my transaction history, I don't know if going to the bank was necessary but I did it because it was my first experience with a failed payment so I didn't know what else to do. And yes I stopped using the service.

By bank account he means the debit card account.
i used to check G2A, but to be honest, the origin offers are beating G2A haha.
I started to like Origin more and more. (been a user for 2-3 years )
21 days later
I stopped buying from G2A, their customer support is very bad!!! :@
I've been buying from Kinguin.net a while now, their support is a bit slow but they are very good! 99% of what I buy is great their and the 1% I get refunded for or get a replacement
even if I preorder a game 2 months before release I get 2 days before release to preload it on Steam! :D

Don't worry, the money will be refunded! in about a week or so, depends on the bank
Can you please stop buying from G2A and Kinguin? None of the money you pay goes to the devs. Buy from sites like GreenManGaming if you want discounted prices, at least GMG is legit, if you want to buy from G2A or Kinguin I heavily recommend you save your money and just torrent the game because it's practically the same, none of the money will go to the devs either way.

PS: I'm mostly talking about indie games here. I don't give a rat's shit about getting something like Battlefield from G2A in terms of devs not getting their money. But some sellers on G2A and Kinguin use stolen credit cards to purchase games.

Thank You for Highlighting this clarification about Black/Gray market for Steam/Origin .. Keys. Does Instant-Gaming

https://www.instant-gaming.com/en/?currency=USD

Follow the same trend as: GreenManGaming , frankly I stopped buying cracked/torrent games for the overall game experience on the 1st hand (Updates, DLCs, MP , Fixes , Performance Patches ....)
Same as Kinguin and G2A. The whitelist is:
-Green Man Gaming
-GamesPlanet
- IndieGala (indie games)
-The Humble Store/Humble Bundle (heavily recommend this)
-GamersGate
-Steam (of course)
-GOG (again, of course. They have a no-DRM policy too and have old games)
-Origin (duh)
-DLGamer
-IndieGameStand (indie games)
-Nuuvem
-Games Republic

All of those are either authorized resellers or game platforms and all are trustable.
