i think ogero and most private isps, give you, your own ip, it is still dynamic though and will change when you restart the router.
but it is not shared, i don't know if this has changed in the past few years.

Impossible man, i know IDM uses like 5 IPs for their whole subs.

Impossible man, i know IDM uses like 5 IPs for their whole subs.

Then it's just ogero, i remember setting up my own server around 5 years ago when i was subscribed to ogero.
