Hey guys,
As always, when i can't seem to find what I need, lebgeeks forums is where I come looking.
So I am looking for some sort of timer, digital or analogue, doesn't matter, which will temporarily disable home appliances such as the fridge, because on 5A, everyday when the electricity switches from EDL to the neighborhood generator, the "disjoncteur" pops.
The problem is we bought a new fridge, and still have the old one, we are a big family and both are usually filled and constantly working, so we face this problem every single time, where we have to unplug one of the fridges, adjust the disjoncteur , then wait like 10-15 mins so that we can plug it again,
So is there some sort of device that we set for example for 5 mins, it gets triggered as soon as the EDL stops supplying, and after 5 mins, the fridge turns on?
I have found some timers where you control the on/off times, but this is of no use since the switch isn't always predictable, we don't always know when it's gonna happen.
Sorry for the long text and as always, thank you fellow geeks, Cheers!
