  • Whatsapp switching between devices

I like both iOS and Android and I like to frequently switch between my iPhone and whatever Android device I might have. But I'd really like to be able to have Whatsapp at any given time.
The Whatsapp website states that if you switch your device 'frequently' you may be banned from using Whatsapp altogether on that number. I'd like to know if anyone has experience regarding this. If I switch every 10-14 days, will that warrant a block? Opinions appreciated!
You can use Whatsapp web on one of the phones (tick "use desktop version"): https://web.whatsapp.com/. When using the phone with Whatsapp web, the other phone where you have the original Whatsapp should be connected to the internet.

This technically works without any problems with Whatsapp, but it will be really annoying to use.
I do that on my iPad frequently, but it's not the most elegant solution. You don't even receive notifications for new messages, you have to check it manually. I guess this could work, but I'd rather just be able to switch... Thanks for that!
I just emailed them about this. I am personally interested in knowing this. I'll post once they reply.

Thank you! watching this space for their answer.
Ok, they just replied. Unfortunately the email said:
"Please note that you should only use WhatsApp on one device per phone number. Each time you switch to a different device, WhatsApp will ask you to re-verify. You may eventually get locked out of WhatsApp after switching between devices."
That's not very good. Guess I'll have to use another IM service on Android. Thanks for replying!
