I cut 345$ for vga and already got items (hdd and br/dvdr drive) and I will add 100$ for 390 Radeon, but I think I am going to need a bigger psu, plz correct me if I am wrong man

will be around 1129.1 $ 390 I found at microcity, who actually I like to deal with them cause their price are kinda negotiable, I know cause I buy laptops from them , I will visit them and will throw the price in their face and will see if they will accept 1100 for this pc, btw satfoun money is not an issue, but it is as you said, pay more for what you use the most, for me its my bed and my TV ;)
I am not in a rush, being into tech I know that every month you wait will benefit your pocket, and oculus is going to be released in Q1 2016, and in Lebanon maybe a bit later, with rumors on new processors in the making there should be a drop in prices, actually VR will help in price drop cause it will increase competition between manufacturer to support this new technology, making them produce better part with lower price to win the competition, according to Facebook (new owner of oculus VR) part supporting this technology (i5 processors , VGA and rams) will see a drop in price varying from 15 to 35 % around q2 of 2016 .
for now my i7 laptop is up for the challenge and more than enough, and for gaming I have a full set of consoles ready and waiting,
the goal of this project was to identify the parts needed and available and to get help with what is best and most suitable , and in a limited range of money, I am really thinking in oc my cpu, thou I will wait to see the k series available and at what price, I will also see if I will go for the R 390x instead of the R 390 Amd Radeon.
Thank you all for your help and feel free to give any tips or infos or suggestions or advices .
You're welcome
Hope i bragged enough about my pc, because this is what its meant for

DON'T GO WITH THAT PSU! Unless you don't mind wasting $1000, it's very bad quality.
@King Gamer

If you are referring to a " super gaming computer" or " ultimate commercial desktop" a person can obtain now to me it should include

Haswell-E 8-Core i7-5960X 3.0GHz
MSI X99A MPOWER (DDR4)
HyperX Predator 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4 2666
NZXT H440 White Mid Tower Case
4TB WD 64MB Black Edition HDD
Samsung 950 Pro 512GB - M2 SSD
2x MSI GTX 980TI LIGHTNING in SLI (available here) or 2x Fury X in Cross Fire
Thermaltake ToughPower Gold 1200W PSU or Seasonic X 1050W
NZXT Internal Sleeved LED Lighting Kit White 2M
Corsair Hydro H90 140mm High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Viewsonic VX2880ML 28” LED 4K resolution (available here) or Asus ROG PG348Q 34 (soon release) or 2x or 3x Viewsonic VP-2772 27 LED Quad HD IPS (available here) in Surround
Windows 10 64bit Pro
Artic Cooling MX 4 Thermal Paste

Peripherals:
Logitech G502 Mouse
SteelSeries Apex Keyboard

Excellent Cable Management for better Ventilation & Acoustics

Specs for 1000+ USD Gaming Desktop barely passes the medium standards on today tech.
If you want to overclock keep it as you said with the 4790k If you don't want then you can just get an i5 4460 3.2ghz it is just great for budget builds and now you can go with a 70-80$ mobo and will get the job done and get even cheaper rams since it is DDR3 not DDR4 for the skylake cpu like some have suggestted.
And then put the rest of your money on the GPU now you can afford a 980 or you can get the 390x which is a real beast better than the 970.
Can you give your exact budget?
Budget around 1000$aiming not to pass 1200$ ..
Haswell 3.20 GHz - i5-4460 6M/LGA1150 $181.00
8gig ram 47$
Asus H81M-V3 (DDR3) (LGA1150) Link $89.00
1TB WD10EZEX 7200RPM SATAIII 64MB $57.00
SAMSUNG 850 EVO MZ-75E120BW 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) Link Now in stock $75.00
MSI GTX 970 4GD5T OC GeForce GTX 970 4GB DDR5 Link Now in stock $368.00
Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE DVDRW - Dual Layer Black SATA $19.00
Inwin G7-MG Metallic Grey ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Link $54.00
Cooler Master RS700-ACABB1 B700W Ver.2 700W PSU (85% efficiency) Link $86.00

1073$ total with VAT all from pcandparts

no need for skylake and extra costs, VERY little percentage difference in performance between haswell and skylake (though skylake does overclock better, but we aren't doing any overclocking on this build anyway.) and the money saved from going to skylake was put to a much better GPU, the 970. i5 4460 will be plenty enough, decent good looking case, SSD, and a good power supply, this build is in my opinion the best way to go for ~ $1000.
What's up with calling entry level gaming Pcs, super computers?
Satfoun wroteyeah true fact about super computers
But you forgot that they have quantum processors too

Not yet, but they are getting closer.

The guy said he's not so into tech and he meant a gaming pc, cut him some slack

Wow wow wow, easy here, where are the four Fury X's (no 980 Tis because CrossFire scales better than SLI) and Intel SSD 750 series? The 950 Pro is a pleb-grade SSD (/s). The MPower isn't that great, he'll need a Rampage V Extreme. Corsair H90 for a supercomputer? A custom loop is the way to go. NZXT H440? CaseLabs Magnum TX10 is way better. SteelSeries Apex? Really? No mech? A Das Keyboard mech would be great.
Thank anthony and aliesayli for the positive replies ... It really helped and actually am really considering this build... i may add couple 100$ for an R 390x for a graphic boost.. i will also be considering oc in the build if the increase in price is acceptable so i get a little closer to a super computer and get less critic here :p .
I will wait for the end of year offers and a drop in prices should do the trick hopefully as i said this is a decent build aiming for making a computer capable of doing the job needed wich is virtual reality and modern gaming at nice graphix (not ultra) and so far i got help understanding oc and cpu picking and mobo.. also i got some info about VGAs so that is why i asked you guys.. your the computers badasses you have the most knowledge amd that is why you are the most suitable persons to ask
