as I saw on Leonovo's website the following laptop is out of production so it might be a refurbished one since most i7 laptop of 4th gen are sold at about 750-800$

yes, shipping for a laptop is expensive, i wont buy the one from get4less either ill save the money for a new desktop or choose a laptop at a reasonable price!
I had experience with this laptop ..very bad
Lenovo is subpar to be honest. It's all my employer uses and we always encounter problems.
Lenovo generally is among the best manufacturers. It may be some entertaining home laptops which were used for business instead of business laptops , which caused some problems , instead of using the thinkpad series for example
