My hp pavilion dv6 3110 ee bought in 2010 is showing hard disk error on boot:. I tried system diagnostics. Please check the photos:
https://imageshack.us/i/hjKAEa4gj
https://imageshack.us/i/hjXiok4eIt's finally done with progress somehow stuck at 00 %.
This is the result : https://imageshack.us/i/pbHDG76Nj
And i tried to do many clean installs of win 7 &8 but no result
Now it still shows the same error but i am able to boot to the desktop by clicking F2 then Esc to exit the error & diagnostics screen.
Could it be the hdd despite being able to access my pc after the mentioned workaround
What is the problem ?
Thanks
can you hear and clicking sound where is the hardisk located?

no there is no irregular sound
It seems an HDD back sectors from the initial diagnostics. HDD last much longer but frequent reads/writes may tolerate it to depreciation slowly. Knowingly from my experience , HDD often do not stop suddenly , they give mechanical and/or boot related signals initially.

So you think it is probably going to be dead soon . Right ?
Most Probably yes , but preferably to give for a shop to diagnose the HDD drive on another laptop (hardware diagnoses) , as such you will be 100% sure its from HDD.
