Thank you all! I ended up going for specs similar to tech guru's. I still have the PSU to pick, what's the best PSU between 500-600Watts I can find in Lebanon? All the good ones at pcandparts are out of stock.
The Smart SE is pretty good. Get that

Antec HCG-620, bit more expensive. But way better.
No be careful with that PSU. There's an HCG-620M and an HCG-620, you might think that the difference is that one is modular, one is not, but that's not the case. The HCG-620 has so many cases of DOAs, extremely short lifespan, and reports of terrible quality. In fact Antec dropped this PSU and it's not even on their site anymore. The HCG-620M seems to be good though from what I heard, but again it's not available in stock.
