Memory is so confusing in building a gaming pc !!!! I need you're votes and the reason why you choose it please
note: My graphiccard is : Gigabyte Radeon r9 290 WINDFORCE
and i saw

Could It Be that the pc will have max performance with memory and video card series ?!!!

The first one is the best in the list. MHz doesn't make ANY difference in games. An 800MHz RAM vs 2GHz RAM makes a 0.07 FPS difference. Get the one that has the tightest timings. In this case, the first one.

The FX 8350 supports 1866 MHz RAM in dual channel mode, but when in a quad channel setup the speed is throttled down to 1600 MHz so if you're running your RAM modules in dual channel get the 1866 MHz IF it has the same latency as the 1600 MHz modules however it won't give you extra performance in gaming. So go with what you (and your pocket) see fit.
