My current status is for about a month latency reaching 200ms to virtually everything which was on 80ms. Also download speed has degraded a lot, though no packet loss.
So checked the DSL status on my TP-Link Archer D5 AC1200 modem:
Previously Downstream current rate is at about 4300 Kbps, now as you can see and for the past month 2998 Kbps, even the upstream current rate has decreased.
Obviously contacted them via email they called at the same moment (at midnight) and the guy asked me to do some stuff including directly inserting the phone line to modem.....nothing changed and as of now nothing from them.
Anyone experiencing the same thing?
