Feedback for IDM

Thanks i tested my internet connection in the morning and was good, but i was wondering, can i give my username (the Lnumber) and password to my cousin so he can use my internet quota since i still have a big quota and few dates remaining. would it work if he connects the broadband with my account?

I think that the account is bound to your phone number .. if he has and extension to your number then it might work

Really slow internet here at Jounieh. I am with the 2MB/s plan and I am getting 30KB/s download max!!

And the Internet is down since 1am, Mazraa area.
Called support and they said they have a technical problem

Connection down since yesterday for me (Ashrafieh).

According to some guy from Ogero, they are going to fully monopolize the service providing, wtf ? I really hope this is not true.

what do you mean by monopolizing ?? and my internet connection is very good today... yesterday faced a little slow down but wasn't that much of an issue. (Ghobayri area)

Meaning not allowing other than Ogero to provide internet.

The IT at IDM told me that there is no problem at the central. It might be my line or router. But apparently I'm not the only one experiencing issues.

Internet still out in Achrafieh.
I called today and he told me that the problem is from the Achrafieh central.

This really sucks.

what are you going to do it happened to me last summer i spent a week with no connection because baabda central was overheating
(i promise that's what happened silly but true ) say thanks for the government who doesn't allow any private company to sell internet not provided by her so no competition.
No competition = slow upgrades, bad quality, high prices...(and corrupted in lebanon)

i think the only isp where this work is ogero.i know a lot of people that do it .

I'm going to call again on monday and ask for answers. If they don't give me good answers I'll tell them that I'll unsubscribe.

I never really had any big issue with IDM but no connection for a week without any explanation or compensation is bullshit.

Silentcontrol, when you had a similar problem, what did they tell you it was exactly?
I called again today and he told me that the problem is with my line but in their central and that they're working on it. I am skeptical because do they really need more than week to fix it ? And he didn't give me more detail. He said that they'll call me when it's fixed but he doesn't know when.

I have a IDM connection via a reseller (after the visp scandal yay) and they actually have a nice ping but the problem is I'm unable to log in into league of legends, I can log in via 3g then when I'm in game I connect to IDM and It works fine once I get through the log in screen,
And youtube isn't working too, I asked my reseller he told me that they are switching the google cache(?) from visp to idm.
Anyway, is anyone else having these problems on IDM?

40kb/s peak now.... I should be getting 650kb/s, that's what it used to be. What a shitty company!?

I think IDM are having some problems, maybe my reseller wasn't lying after all ^^.

Logically, i see no reason why IDM cyberia etc would have good stable internet if they buy it from ogero, which naturally tries to get more clients.
