Title says it all really, what are your favorite pizzerias.
Favourite pizzeria in Lebanon

In Lebanon, I only can think of Olio. Le Rouge (Gemmayze) also do cool pizzas. I am not counting Dominos or Pizza Hut (etc.) as pizzerias, they're just fast food.
Pizza must be fun to do at home. BTW there was also a place called Scuzi I think, In downtown, and they did both pizzas and sushi, if I'm not mistaken. They weren't bad.
I think Crepaway have some pizzas but I've never tried them.
I'd say Olio, followed by le Rouge (if we can consider it a pizzeria).

Napoly's Pizza. Ate there once on a school trip when I was like 16. Best pizza I've ever had!
Norman's Pizza in Jounieh is good too.
Funny that you are talking about pizza. I have been experimenting with the dough to find the ideal recipe for dough. I am getting closer. As for toping well keep it simple and rich in aromas. As for the cheese, mozzarella is always good and the right choice but part of the selection is to use less cheese than inteded. Sometimes i add feta and blue cheese for flavoring.
Olivo Pizzeria in Bhamdoun.
Mamma Mia pizzeria in Der El Harf, Ras El Metn. Best pizza I've had in Lebanon.
Everyone kept talking about Margherita's pizza, and I tried it several times, and hated it. Mainly because they did not put enough cheese on it. But to be fair, that is actual authentic Italian pizza. But I love cheese!
No special places other than Olio and La Pizza are springing to mind.

I agree. I remember that it is owned by a wife and husband who came from the US. They actually cook the pizza.mesa177 wroteMamma Mia pizzeria in Der El Harf, Ras El Metn. Best pizza I've had in Lebanon.

Hey guys, I've been going to "Piazza" for some time now, and the pizzas don't taste as good as before. Which pizzeria do you think is the best in Beirut ? I haven't been to a lot of pizzerias, so your experience would be really helpful to me.
Thanks !
EDIT : Sorry about that, i should have searched the topic before making one.

Napoli !
Saj el Sumo - Jounieh ...
Zaatar w Zeit's Ultimate Cheese, this is definitely my favorite pizza of all times, and it's just 13,500L.L
But I wouldn't consider it a 'Pizza' since it only has 4 types of cheese on it, but definitely worth a try.
