Did anyone experience before a Tracking number without any logs ? I have an order shipped from over 40 days from china but to the day there hasn't been any tracking information ( not from libanpost or the Chinese) the format is RC----CN.
the seller have shown cooperation and he is willing to refund or re-send the product. I don't want to rush it since I know shipments takes forever to arrive to Lebanon but in the same time I don't want to wait for nothing.

anyone had such an experience before ? did the shipment without information eventually arrive ?
Please share your experiences with me
yes probably a fake one, the seller will refund you and ask you for a 5 stars feedback, many do that...
Get your money back, find it elsewhere.

the seller is reputable and has over 5000 orders on the same item I don't know why would he do this.
I will ask him to send a second shipment, he won't hesitate if it wasn't a fake number
then he must have miscopied thr tracking number, i don't think it is automated.
NuclearVision wroteman i tell you again relax, it's not worth the headache, you're right there is corruption everywhere, but this thing is really working as it should. I think your problem is that you got your first package quite fast, and now you are surprised why the others take so long.
It's a matter of dozen of orders until you realize that it's not always the same, not closely related in time frames.
From my experience, 1-2 weeks in the airport is super normal.
Besides when it says at customs clearance it means it passed customs and now waiting to be scanned or inspected, libanpost has nothing to do with it. In fact liban post is the easiest and fastest phase and usually takes 3 days.
If only our friend DNA can make us a small wasta... ;)
1 full week already, perhaps the scanner broke lol
The order without letters has nearly one month since last scan in China, I am not even sure it ever left China to Lebanon, it has a remaining of 27 days buyer protection time, before how many days you suggest I ask for a dispute?
Well if DNA is right then I'm with vegetaleb: Libanpost is tunneling the responsibility to customs which is BS.

Settling for mediocrity and saying things like "at least we are not paying customs" and "they're doing their jobs" and "relaxing" is a defeatist attitude.

Thing is other countries are in the same boat, getting loads of items, probability of paying customs is low but I doubt items gets stuck for weeks.

One more thing, about "waiting for the bag to fill to get to the distribution center". When we're talking about hundreds of items within Beirut I find it hard to believe that this bag takes more than 1 day to be filled. So yes, there's something fishy or maybe as DNA and his friend are doing, there's priority being given to certain people or organizations maybe.

Think about it if DNA's friend is doing it as a favor for 1 person, what can stop him/other employees to do it for a company?
open a dispute before 5 days of protection ending time.
@chosen2k I'm not saying it's wonderful and corruption less.
But I think it's kind of working, so we keep nagging on it and they starting charging us with customs.
And seen the reviews on aliexpress most of the countries have equal overall delivery time. that's around one month.
believe it or not, it takes time to fill a bag, think about it lets take achrafieh office as an example, you open a bag containing 150 items from china to whole of Lebanon what are the chances that you get more than lets say 2 or 3 items to Achrafieh in that specific bag it is really low, so it takes couple thousand items sorted to Lebanon to get 100 items to achrafieh and maybe you are really unlucky, a bag gets sent to post office just before the workers reach your item that's already been waiting for couple days so you have to wait for the new bag so that translates to 1 - 10days wait time.. now that's a busy area it gets worse in others.

libanpost treats non-tracked post in even lower priority than low priority post, they are sent in bulk from china without declaration of bag contents or seals whatsoever while registered tracked post is send in sealed bags with declaration. so depending on the work load they get processed.

Guys the working process at libanpost is very good i'd say couple more employees will definitely help, but its good as is when compared to other countries.. just remember aliexpress post is sent with LOWEST priority mail, there are thousands of other PRIORITY post from sellers, companies, individuals and even governments from all over the world that needs to go first. so accept that or use Priority post, dhl, aramex..

once a seller sent me something with priority post i got it in like ~20 days and i still did have 6 items sitting since 30days at libanpost.

finally a huge problem for post is that some people are idiots my friend told me thousands of packets contain ridiculous stuff that aren't even worth posting or working hours wasted on them. people order stupid stuff especially women for that matter, they'll order a single hair clip for .5$, then a 1$ ear ring from another seller then a .8$ lipstick from another and then 1$ make up removal cotton etc etc.. and all these stuff are readily available in the store beside their house
everyone ships like 100 stupid items not even worth any money increasing the amount of post tremendously not to mention the customs wasted time filtering out the ridiculous items lol , some guys do that too ;)

i am not defending Libanpost in anyway or form i am just saying that it is normal for a country with a single working airport and sorting center
sorry for long post :)
Let's keep the topic free of offensive or degrading comments.
hey guys an item i want can be shipped with swisspost for free.
what does it mean to me ? and How could it be possibly better?
Haha! It's just a trimmer.
Many offer the same model i'm not sure about the seller, i saw one with swiss post. i assume it is better but i'm not sure.
2 Weeks to get to Beirut airport. 2 weeks at customs :) By then, you will be preparing for Movember :)

Hehe you made my day, thank you!
4 weeks is ok. so swiss post, someone has to try it anyway.
Swisspost is a good bet to be better than Chinapost or the other junk the AE sellers use. Let us know how it goes.

i had one item delivered through swisspost. At that time i've ordered 4 items 1 with swisspost and 3 with china, the swisspost item arrived 2 weeks before the first china post item. But unfortunately that item was delivered wis a misprinted address so i had to go through alot with libanpost to get the item before that they send it back.
