Today I received a 10$ multimeter I ordered from aliexpress 5 weeks ago. It arrived 3 weeks after I placed the order and sat at customs for 14 days exactly. It was in mint condition, the package wasn't opened and I'm planning on ordering another product in the near future.
I have currently 14 orders made earlier this month.
The first one already arrived in the airport. shipped on april 13th, arrived on the 29th.
So as you see, the problem is not with AliExpress, or the shippers, or the companies they use to ship with.
The problem is here.
As long as the product has a valid tracking number, then you have nothing to worry about. I've read the whole thread, and several people have said that it takes on average 2 weeks to clear customs. Good luck, and keep as updated!
random-username wroteWhat shipping company do you recommend?
Have you heard of iship.me, check their website and forget any other freight forwarding companies
Just received 5 orders i made in the beginning of the month, they all arrived in excellent and working condition and took about 10 days to clear customs.
10 days later
Anyone having delays receiving their items from liban post jdeideh?
@Duath
As far as i know, liban post Jdeideh (the warehouse upstairs) stopped receiving/distributing parcel.
All the parcel are now being received in Liban Post Furn el chebbbek.
Although to me it doesnt make sense, because the warehouse in jdeideh is much bigger, as i went in furn el chebbek to take my items last time.
I am not sure, but if i import a product from the us for example and the same product from aliexpress. Wouldn't they charge extra customs for the us product?
I know that aliexpress sellers declare packages as gift/sample and lower the price tag.

I ordered something 13 days ago.
It left china in 3days and now its in lebanon.
The shipping company was cne express, my order went to germany stood there for a week then came to lebanon in 4 days.
I hope it wont take ages at customs as usual.
Guys watch out when ordering, some sellers now are using a trick.
There's a duration on each product's page: full refund if not received in X days.
Some sellers set it to 0.
So it basically ends just when he ships it, and most probably you will not be able to claim your money if anything happens.
I have 3 items in customs now, since the 14th,21st and 23rd.
Man, i swear the problem is the customs, not Aliexpress/sellers/shipping companies.

Also i have some Yanwen untrackable items.
I hate it when sellers put the shipping method as China post for example, and then they end up shipping it with yanwen or something else.
Yeah some also put fake tracking numbers.
One of my orders has a tracking number which shows delievered since 404 days.
Another order arrived to beirut
Shipped with china post took 5 days exactly from china to lebanon.
Kind of weird.
Yup.
The most reliable and fastest method of shipping is China post Registered air mail.
I usually get items from China to Lebanon (customs not to me) within 10-15 days.

And sometimes, most of the sellers put China post registered mail as the shipping method.
And when I purchase the item, I specifically tell them to ship the item with China post, but who gives a shit right.. They send it with another.

Anyway got a question.
What happens when I open a dispute, and the seller does not answer to it (neither agree or decline) within the next five days (which is the time line of the dispute).
I am not sure.
But once you click the open dispute button you are safe.
In other terms, if the seller does not respond you should get a refund, not your fault, he should have at least extended the date.
However i never experienced this. When i don't receive my stuff sellers accept refunds.
No i received the item, but he sent a different color than i ordered.
I told him that i will send it back for him to send me the right color, he said no need, and go ahead open dispute for a refund.
So i did.
But still he did not accept or decline.
If the item is expensive you should contact support, i was judt anticipating what would happen, i am not 100% sure he will refund you ehen deadline is dead.
And by the way, returning the item is more expensive than what you think.
They ship our orders for free because they have contracts with courriers or something but with libanpost it would cost you around 20$ or more. Not to mention the time it takes to get there in the hands of the sellers.
So i suggest you order another one.
Hi, anyone experiencing delays from the Lebanese customs ? Items arrived on the

Mine are there since the 25th.

You should be getting it soon.
