Quick Question - Order of Engineers in Lebanon

Hi,
do you believe that a person that holds a degree in Engineering Called technically "Master of Sciences in Architecture" can belong to the "Nakabat al Mouhandisin" ?? two lines under "...of Sciences..."

I'm just asking because one of my neighbors holds a degree from a uni. in Belarus, and he claimed that he didn't apply for the "nakaba" because of money issue, i think he is lying :).

As much as i know that the "Architecture students of the Lebanese university" were once complaining that they can't join the Order of Engineers.

Their main website says "Order of Engineers and Architects" near the logo.

the word science has nothing wrong about it, university of Balamand students graduate with master in science of engineering, excluding architecture, they have some other french system.
what matters is the number if credits or years, and the fact that the university is accredited by the order.
