I need email hosting for a specific registered domain name and I need a reliable company. I need around 10 email accounts where each account has a capacity of 2GB.

I already have someone taking care of this but he is extremely unreliable, every once and a while he changes his server and we loose our emails and he changes the passwords.

I tried to contact two companies: NETWAYS and Netdesign Plus, but the person who is responsible for this issue is always out of the office and they seem unreliable too.

anyone knows a good company that offers good service?

Thank you
Why not use Google Apps? It's hard to beat google when it comes to reliability.
Agree with Samer, google apps for business is extremely reliable not just for custom email but also a wide array of services Here is a cool presentation you should check. It will cost you $5 per user/month for all services.
Simple reason, the email I want to host belongs to the company I work for and I don't want to be held responsible for such thing since I shouldn't be. (I am responsible for the accounting department)

Another thing is that Google charge 5 $ / month/person which may be a little expensive if we had to open extra emails.
I'm afraid I don't quite follow. What's wrong with hosts like hostmonster? They offer unlimited emails with unlimited size.
the thing guys is that I do not want to use a web service for the hosting where I would be responsible for any interruption/problem happens.

I need a professional company offers such service where I would call them in case we need anything in this regards.

I have another question, does web services offer a customized login page to access the emails : webmail.mydomain.com ?
$5 per month is too much for a business? Even at 20 accounts, it is still peanuts compared to the rest of your expenses. Paying for Google Apps means they will provide you with 24/7 phone support (unlike Gmail).
does web services offer a customized login page
"Web services" means something else. I'll assume you meant web-based email services. Google Apps offers a customized log-in page.
@xerxes:
I don't understand why are you making the distinction between "web services" and "professional company". They're exactly the same thing.

We're not suggesting that you host all the emails on public Gmail. We're suggesting buying accounts on Google Apps. It's highly customizable and provides full support like you want.

For what it's worth, I used to work in a web startup where we relied entirely on GApps for 10-15 accounts. It worked perfectly. As a user you get access to a web interface very similar to (familiar) Gmail.
@rahmu
Iam not saying that "gmail" type service providers aren't professional, I am looking for a local company that offers wemail hosting where they would be responsible for this issue all the way.

Google seems tempting, I will give it a try.
Thanks all for your help.
Why do you have to pay $5/month? choose the free plan.

I have 2 domains there and I didn't pay anything at all. I can create up to 10 emails for free.
