i was wondering about a reliable service that offers, making and receiving calls to the US (that gives me a US phone number)
i tried magicjack on my iPhone, i was able to dial, and i created an account so i got a US phone number (with stars)

i was wondering if anyone knows about the stars issue, because i cant receive calls if i dial this number from a US phone.
my phone number has the following format

*1234567890*

Any help would be appreciated.
NOTE: To call a free magicNumber from a cell phone or land line, one must first dial the free access number: 305-848-TALK (305-848-8255) and then they dial your magicNumber.

@Gamer thank you for the clarification, but it seems that even Magicjack is limited to 30 days free (The app on iPhone) and must be renewed for 1 year for 20 USD, anyone knows a completely free way to make/receive calls from and to the US?
You can sign-up to Google Voice and get a number from there. However, you'll need a US number to be able to sign-up. If you know someone in the US, use their number, or get them to buy you a prepaid line.
