It is possible that you're still getting the cached version. Hit refresh a few times, are you still getting the problem? If yes, can you describe what bothers you?

Simple and elegant!

From my opinion this a great progress for lebgeeks, it looks more "geeky", but its missing ALOT of features, like background, logo, main page... If you add the features that avok has said, the forum will look amazing. But I am really disappointed that the PM, email, website and location buttons that appear at the bottom of the name (avatar) has gone.
BTW I found a bug, almost every last letter at the end of a line in a post is half missing.
EDIT: It seems the bug is only happening in my phone, never mind about it. But if it got fixed, I would really appreciate it.

It would help if you could give us more info on how you're accessing the website:
- OS
- Browser
- Resolution of your screen
If you could take a screenshot of the bug you're seeing and upload it somewhere it'd be very helpful as well. No need for printing your whole screen, just show an example of letters being "half missing".
Thanks.

awesome!
i agree on the white background, hurts my eyes a bit,i also wish you left the signatures, those were awesome!
i see you have added the "Automatically subscribe to every topic you post in" i remember asking about that before, thanks for adding it samer!

are we running a new fluxbb version now?

the forum digest is missing, this is a big mistake, most of the forums out there are inactive because users don't have the time to search for the topic they want to answer.
On the other hand, look at sackexchange and yahooanswers network, they are the most active Q&A sites out there, why? Because new questions are shown om the homepage so the users answer questions immediately.
People don't have the time to search every section of the site, i can't stress this point enough, this is why most forums die, on yahooanswers, you can't reply to the users who answered your question, because some users want to answer and leave, they don't like to reply back.
i asked a question on ubuntu forums today, and the answers i received are like this
hi
<answer here>
bye
they didn't reply back to me, having said what i wanted to say, the design looks pretty neat, but i wish we have the option to go back to the previous design from the options, or design our own theme, like on twitter, using javascript and html, that would be cool

I cleared my cache before posting, it didn't work. I cleared it now it worked... but I think there is another problem now
http://lebgeeks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?pid=110514#p110514 the indentation is wrong and in the next post (your post) there also some indentation problems (near the switch statement)
Joe
It's true that your code looks weird now, but for mine it's entirely my fault, I had some weird problem with my editor dealing with tabs indentation. Definitely not the new theme's fault. I'll edit and update.

I would love a "like" features on every post. It can be called "Vote up" so that it doesn't sound like Facebook.

Many users pointed that out, including myself. But the "New" link on the top right, in the "Topics" menu does exactly that, with more details. You could bookmark it.

The homepage probably had a role to play in their success... but the main reason?...
The "digest" page could probalby be made the landing page for lebgeeks.com, but I'm not sure it's a good idea...
mohammadk97 wroteBut I am really disappointed that the PM, email, website and location buttons that appear at the bottom of the name (avatar) has gone.
I think it's ok, because how many time do you PM a user? Btw your email address is not hidden - beware of spambots.

One bug found here: In the profile page, there is a margin next to the "send email" link, to the left. I guess it was there to make place for a little envelope icon or something like that.

I really like the feature of filtering out topics: active, unanswered, and new. The forum main page is missing; I strongly recommend you bring it back along with the lebgeeks logo. The design is a bit "medical" as a member pointed out before. The new colors lack the level of contrast that we got used to in the old design. Site works great on iphone (safari browser), it is very fast. Thank you admins for the hard work; hope all mentioned bugs can be solved easily.
MrClass
Oh yes just found a missing feature that we used to have in the old design: when you post a reply in a thread and submit it, the page reloads then jumps to your post. Now, after submitting a reply, the page reloads but then stays in the beginning; I will have to scroll back down to see my post.

Accepting changes could be hard at first sight, that's what happen on facebook every now and then,so probably we will get used to the new design in few weeks.
but few things i really miss are,the forum logo, join date and pm link in each post, other than this adding a different background to increase the color contrast would be more eyes friendly, and am with rolf idea of adding a "thank" or "vote up" button, this will eliminate all the "+1" and "thank you" so it will help applying the rules, and increase the credibility of posters with high number of thanks,it's a very successful system on forums like XDA and overclockers.
as for the pros, the UI is way simpler now,Topics are well organized (i find it better than the homepage digests now),very fast loading time, more mobile friendly.
at the end i want to re-request a mobile section that @Khalil.13 requested a while ago.

I just noticed that individual post links are gone. Those were handy in quite a lot of situations.
[edit]OK, so the links are on the dates rather than the post number, cool enough[/edit]

One more thing: The favorites icon (favicon) is gone. I only get it from cache on the index/landing page, but it's not defined in <HEAD>
eurybaric
A feature is missing (or it's a bug): When I'm logged in and check a thread that I've checked before, it opens at the first page/post. Whereas in the old design, it used to open is at the last page and post that it was at the last time i checked it.
samer
Thank you all for your feedback!
The "all white" is a bit overwhelming
it would be better if you can add something to the white background.
It's a light shade of grey (#FBFBFB) not all-white. You can always suggest an alternative.
Regarding the complaints about the missing digest. The new "Posted" and Active links provide the same functionality. The homepage was an added step. We would probably put it back once the wiki is public.

Click on the [New posts] hyperlink, not the topic title.

I can't reproduce this. The old behavior is still here for me. Is anyone else facing that problem?

i want to give my secobd impression after a day of use, i dont miss forum digest anymore, categories marked with blue and with the word "New" next to them is more then enough, i actually started liking it alot.
For the colors, maybe you can darken the gray a little? just to make it a little easier on the eyes.
overall, i welcome the new version and i really appreciate your hard work, keep it up!

Background Color = DFE9E8 ?
but i have to say, it feels better day by day.
i guess a logo image would make miracles, this website desperatly needs an image tag
