I've definitely called them more than a thousand times..literally.
Anyway, I just called and opened a case with them about the no packet flow issue. I asked to give him this link to add to the case, he said they don't need it blah blah, as usual, the all knowing IDM. Lets see what they do about it.
PS: for those interested, BF3 premium is available for 25$ at virgin as opposed to $50 online. No CD included, just a serial code. Pretty good though
