Do you believe that secret societies got satanic goals? Why and Why not
if they don't have satanic goals, why stay secret ?

I don't think they have satanic goals but they are pretty evil... They want to make "the new world order" so they manipulate us by the media, economy and politicians..

Money is their only motive
Thats what i know about them
They are not satanic at all! Usually they do not depend on religion as a main aspect of their order. They are secret because their ideas are too radical for regular people to understand them. And as you know, people love destroying what they do not understand. Their motives are usually to create, as jinx said, a new world order, not entirely a bad thing, seeing as how our world is in desperate need for a change. For example Illuminati tried to gather the greatest minds in the world, and work towards a better world ruled by these people. On the other hand, they are hated by the people because they tend to be very discriminatory against people not involved in their society, and think them inferior, they also have very extreme ideas and methods to accomplish those ideas, since to start a new system, means to annihilate the old. This is a very controversial topic, and there is no real answer, It is a fun one to research though since it is one of the only subjects in the world that is not fully documented or revealed, so I advise you to go look them up, Illuminati, freemasonry, Scientology, all of these and many more secret fraternities exist, but they are not inherently evil, they are merely different!
As AxisFlame said, secret societies are not always evil! While a certain number does have satanic goals, an even greater number doesn't! The secrecy is maintained for a variety of reasons: being different, considering that their society is for a select group of people or the elite that reached a higher level of understanding... It is because of this secrecy that these societies are frowned upon and disfigured by the media.
Of course there are still societies with evil or satanic goals, just like there's good and evil.
i dont believe in them, i think the world is too chaotic for some people to control it...

of course some have greater influence on our lives and stuff... but can't perceive people controlling everything that is going on...

yet with technology and stuff i do feel like we are arriving to some age where we will have a 'big brother' ...
@rtp: The Internet destroys the concept of big brother. It's freedom at its best. It's very long to discuss, though.

Or it could be Big brother at its maximum. There are few places left were you can express yourself freely without fearing consequences, and one of them is the internet. If anything, society has shaped us to an extent that our freedom was reduced to a single channel.

From that point onward, controlling this single channel is enough to reduce freedom without us even noticing.
@AxisFlame If they tend to change the world into something better, why do they use mind control on everybody using media, (actors, singers..) and spreading adult content all over the globe?
@kiwithefruit Well, what about Freemasons and Illuminati?

i think "the arrivals" , is a documentary, that will explain everything about them. but it's too long i think 3 or 4 parts 3 hours each. http://wakeupproject.com/ the movie is divided into parts on this site, it's the official site of the movie.
It is a 7 hours documentary, I'm on Episode 5. I can't believe that some people think that freemasons and illuminati people are charity stuff o.O
I believe priests have satanic goals.
AxisFlame wroteThey are secret because their ideas are too radical for regular people to understand them.
Or they are secret to protect themselves. They understand that the most evil societies are usually most visible. Think nazis, psychiatry, even the church sometimes.
The biggest evil doesn't hide, it disguises itself as good.

what does that have to do with anything?

you can always sensor the data on the internet... i read someplace that iran are building their own internet now...

facebook = data heaven about people , studying behavior and what not....

people are digging more into the brain little by little, I read someplace that they pointed the unconscience part of the brain or something...

I still believe big brother concept is much more alive then before... and with God dying, I believe a new era is coming... Much like 'Equilibruim'...

This is my point. How will they be able to control it? It's not just complicated to do that, it's impossible without shutting down your internet connection. At that point you would be able to broadcast a WiFi signal over an entire neighborhood. This is what MIT did in a rural area in Pakistan that was cut off from the internet. They had directional antennas and reflectors to offer that area with Internet. It spanned quite a long range, as I remember.

Nobody can prevent you from saying something except if they close your mouth or hack your brains. The internet is the same.

@rtp: the Internet is a big fat network. Data that you pass from your side is either inspected or not. It is blocked or not. If inspecting it does not produce results (it is encrypted), and blocking it is futile (your whole connection would need to be shut down, if the contents cannot be inspected), what is left to do?

@moderators & admin: Please keep this thread open, if the users obey the etiquette, and most importantly of all, do not throw around wild theories without proof.
@hussein, Freemasons are far from being satanic. In fact, religious subjects are strictly forbidden (in theory) during their meetings. The only time they'd bring up religious matters is during the admission: you have to believe in a "Supreme Being" (no matter what god it is) to be able to join.
This is all from a theoretical point of view. I don't know how much it is being applied during actual lodge meetings.
I don't know enough about the Illuminati (except for the conspiracy theories in Dan Brown's Angels and Demons, that can hardly be taken as a source of information).
Besides, you can hardly take a couple of groups as being representatives of all secret societies!
I think such subject create nothing but problems and conflicts between people.
Everyone has his own beliefs and his own opinion, but I honestly think that's not the proper place to discuss it...
