I was with Cyberia,but I guess the process is the same.
First you call sodetel and cancel, they should send you a form for you to sign.
Then after the month is over, you go to Ogero with that signed paper and you apply for DSL. The owner of the phone line should go (Yalleh l khatt be2esmo lezim yomdeh beh ogero).
Then you go to Mina El hossen with your router, you give them the router, and after a month, they call you, and they give you back the router.
