I have a good experience with the IDM support and i think if you give them enough time they will call you back .. it is weird that bad service is given to you because usually they are very cooperative.
thanks for reassuring me NAM, i will just wait it out i guess

I can agree with the above, although some co's are just bad in some regions and they can't do anything about it, unless they would change the whole co infrastructure
Is there someone in Chowayfat region who is subscribed to ogero can tell me how good DSL there?
I'm in Chouaifat region and I have a DSL connection from Ogero. Connection quality depends a lot on where you are in the region. I only have one option in terms of speed, the 1MB plan. Changing plans will get you the bigger quota, but not the speed. Latency is mostly good but sometimes you can't skype or do anything real time. Also lots of disconnections.(I don't bother with calling support) My subjective view is that it's not very good but it's as good as it gets around here.
Hello,

I have a question: Ogera says they have an unlimited plan. So is it really unlimited? or like Sodetel? when you hit 40G or something like that, you go under FUP? and the download speed decrease will you reach 20kb/s?

Thanks all.

No FUP whatsoever.
So basically I can download 100G without decrease in speed at all?

Wow! Nice!
I think this was answered before, but what are the necessary papers I need to present in order to upgrade to the unlimited plan?
guys , ogero is not the best service if you want stable download and upload speed... they have an download caps for their unlimited plan, that means, whatever the hell they tell you , the speed will not go over 250 mbps...

250 kb/s you mean ? If so it's normal because unlimited plans are 2mbit plans and you get unlimited quota not speed. 250mbps is everyone's dream :(

I'm presuming you meant 250 KB/s, that being said I must say you're mistaken about Ogero's unlimited plan, as a unlimited user myself I have never experienced any form of FUP whatsoever in my nearly one year of using the unlimited service(as well as my 7 years of Ogero's DSL service, even during the free unlimited nights)

Once I downloaded 250 GB in a month and I haven't seen the slightest slowdown in the connection(some users here said they downloaded more and they never got FUP'd as well)

I would go as far to say Ogero offers the most stable connection by far (given the centrale office's equipments and wires are adequately up to date)

As far as the speed goes, I've noticed a stable download speed of roughly 200-220KB/s during all time of the day.
Hello friends,
I have cisco x1000, and i share my internet with my neighbor, i want to know how can i limit his internet speed, i have 2mbps can i give him only 1mbps???
Too good to be true.
As always.
Let's hope those are not just empty words or, even if honest deeds, that the project won't just be delayed as it was the case so many times before.
