What's the ping like for Ogero, specifically at night, during the day, and between 8-10 PM? Is it recommended for gaming purposes?

i have been with them since a very long time and after the internet improvement that happened been thinking if i should change isp.
my friend just started with sodetel 1mb and unlimited for 43 L.L .i see the offer really tempting. what do you guys think and what are good offers out their?
I abuse the crap out of their connection. It's no doubt a nice offer. But Sodetel is providing high pings (300-350ms) so forget about it if you game online. Also, it took me 3 months to transfer from Cyberia to Sodetel. I don't know if Ogero will process your request any faster but expect a whole month without any connection.

I have 2 phone lines at home and 2 DSL connections at 1mbps; one from Ogero and one from IDM. Ogero are providing me with 128kbps /1mbps and IDM are giving me 256kbps/1mbps (upload/download). I am with Central Khaldeh.

My Ogero line:
DSL Type: ITU-T G.992.3
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 122 / 1.023
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [kB/kB]: 26,74 / 42,80
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 11,2 / 17,3
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 44,0 / 62,5
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 31,5 / 8,9

My IDM line:
DSL Type: G.992.3 annex A
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 248 / 1.023
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [kB/kB]: 0,00 / 0,00
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12,0 / 0,0
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 42,5 / 62,0
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 26,0 / 7,5

I called Ogero customer support today and he started telling me that some neighbors in Khaldeh don't even have 1mbps. He also told me that the line from my home to them can't take high upload speed. I don't see something major in the above details that prevent me from having 256kbps on the Ogero line. Should I have a fight with them to fix my speed?

Edit: He told me also that the upload speed fluctuates between 128 and 256 kbps so its acceptable. However, my upload speed is always 122-124kbps.
Each ISP provides their own package. It's not easy to modify them, so they prefer not to. Don't pay much attention to those people at support, they're paid just to shut you up anyway. They barely know how to configure a stupid modem.
So do you think I should have a fight with them at the office or by phone to fix the speed? Also I get the feeling that they mistakenly have put 128kbps as upload speed when I subscribed to them instead of 256kbps
Like I said in the previous post. Each ISP has their own package, Ogero is offering 128kbps IDM is offering 256kbps upload speeds, both offer 1M download speed whereas Sodetel offers you 2M.

Having a fight with them over something you voluntarily purchased is stupid.

When you sign the subscription papers, you agree the fact that Ogero is offering you x speeds and you agreed to that purchased by signing the documents.

It's like buying a crappie car from someone and then fighting about it being crappie to the person you bought it from. It's not their fault you bought the car, there are many other cars that cost the same and not crappie, you chose to buy the crappie one. It's no one's fault but your's
Fight for your right and don't let them snicker at you and rip you off :p
But the thing is I bought 256kbps/1mbps not 128kbps/1mbps. There is no 128kbps/1mbps plan in Ogero (or even any isp). It even says 256kbps/1mbps on my Ogero account on their website.
I don't know why upload speed is a big deal. I'm not sure if you use it a lot, but the good part is that the download speed is coming as paid for and nothing else is bad about it.
It is a big deal. If it was between 256kbps and 512kbps, It wouldn't be a big deal. If I am having a voice call at 128kbps upload speed and open any site or application that requires internet connection, the other person can't hear me for like 5-10 seconds which doesn't occur at 256kbps upload speed or higher. I don't see any issue with the line attenuation or SN margin that prevents me from having 256kbps upload speed.

If you've purchased 256/1024 you should definitely go and demand your rights

It only opened through a VPN with me. But I'm not with Ogero, maybe you'll need to know that.

Opened through a VPN only (I'm with Ogero)
Im trying also, but its not working .
It opening just the homepage , but when i enter the sports betting page, its just giving me a blank page.

What VPN are you using ?
A lot of gambling sites were blocked. Unknown reasons.
@adnan and riqmarmes
can you tell me what sort of vpn you used to open the site please?
I use Securitykiss VPN, it's free for 300MB/day. I don't know how practical it is, but it does the job for me, although 300MB might not be enough for you. I just usually use it to open certain region-restricted webpages especially BBC since the IP I have is UK-based.
