Your line stats are mesmerizing. I hope I can get half of your line stats, I actually envy you for this
The actual speed you are getting 12-13.5mbps is very low for a line rate of 18.5mbps.

I get the exact same speed while my line rate is 15-16 mbps at best.
What is the cause of that slowliness then?
i have no clue but you should not have less than 80% of the Line rate. check with Ogero if they are limiting your speed.
So I just been called from Ogero and that I need to take my modem to be programmed.
I am switching from terranet.
Why don't they just give the L number and password?
Because if you knew it, you could actually use it on any line. Of course this can be circumvented easily by using extraction tools and a compatible modem.

Any modem with admin privileges. If not the extraction tool it's very easy to take it from a config file dump.
Any line that has ogero dsl?
Or any other isp?
But why would i need to do that?

Ogero.

Get a line with 2M Unlimited + another with open speed 50GB. Hook them up together and you can end up with OS Unlimited.
U mean switch the modems?
If yes then knowing the username password is not even required
Anyone suffering from very low sync speeds after the storm ? Im syncing @ 600 kbps instead of 18mbps

Louis40 wroteI have the same issue . i'm on Open speed and have 2 modem routers. one TP Link TD W8901 N and the second is TP Link Archer 2.
The first is just wouldn't connect to the net for maybe the reason you stated ,but the Archer is ok.

I am taking the TD W8901 N to Ogero for re programing but the question is will i still get this issue again?
What is fascinating - Ogero deleted tweet about tp-links, i am guessing why.
If tp-link fixed firmware for your modem - should not happen again, but if its some new bug... let us know, we might think together how to fix that.
I went to minat el hosn and there was a huge line for similar issue.. so in fact there is a virus affecting those routers.. he fixed it the next day and until now it is working fine..
More than 15 days now to switch to ogero and still the service is not activated.
They apparently turned off my dsl subscription by mistake instead of switching from terra to ogero.
But i guess the wait is worth it to get the promised speeds.
Anyone with Ogero having problems connecting to WoW EU servers yesterday and today ?
Thinking of switching from Sodetel 2Mbps unlimited to another ISP with Open speed plan, do you recommend Ogero ?

Yes, all the way.
Do it now.

You will have to wait a month...without internet
i am so regretting deciding to make the switch to ogero, i stopped my terranet dsl subscription in September we are in october 19!! and after a long process and hassle, i got my modem back today from ogero. and it wasn't even properly configured ! support is the worst ever.
is there any way or anyone to contact to get the PPPOE credentials? they have told me on twitter it is against their IT policy to provide those !
Even if you stay two months or three months without internet (I doubt it will take that long, the process nowadays is taking even less than a month) even if their support seems somehow shit, I'm telling you again, it is all worth it to switch to Ogero , you will cease to think about internet problems whatsoever anymore.

@kamalkh I don't know what happened with you and why do you think the modem wasn't configured properly.
I suggest to take it to minet El hosn branch to configure it, the process will take about 5 minutes + the waiting time of the line if there is any.

Thta is what i did, first they did not agree to do it on the spot. They sent it to dekwaneh central without anyone informing us to at least go pick it up. After several hundreds of calls. We got it from dekwaneh and it was either configured wrong or got the tplink virus as they claimed and needs to be reconfigurded after update.
Ever since Ogero switched to the open speed packages in jezzine in mid july, I'm getting almost no upload speed but the download speed is around 3 mbps. I can't even use voice chat ingames or even on third party apps. Also my modem (tg582n) started dropping the internet connection or throttling to around 0.6 Mbps. Any tips on why this started to happen after the ogero upgrades?

call 1515, and tell them to turn off interleaving, done while on phone with them, simple as that.
