@Nuclearcat, not to sound negative but do you think this will help ? I don't think these issues will be sorted until they upgrade the networking/telephony infrastructure in the country.
Feedback for Ogero
I'm currently searching possible reasons. It might be very complex issue of cross-talk interference, that nobody expect and it is quite hard to diagnose, or something else, if we will get better picture, i will try to forward that info to Ogero, it might help them to sort out issue.
P.S. Many people asked Ogero to turn off interleaving, to lower latency, but in fact that increases cross-talk interference!

I don't think the members of Lebgeeks who asked to be put on "fast path" (if that's what you mean by "many people") are too many. They only represent a very very small fraction of the population.
You have to keep in mind that most Lebanese (with all due respect) don't even know what speed their internet is. Many don't even know who their ISP is.
Don't get me wrong, I am suffering from the same problems as everyone else so I encourage your initiative and I hope it leads to a solution but I also think that the people who have lines that allow/support "interleaving" to be turned off should have the right to benefit from that.

Worth to try and gather statistics, then we can assume possible reasons. At least we can know how many people are facing issue, can ask them if their neighbors having issue, so we can get better picture, what is happening

Lets get directly to the point , we all face the problem where we cant change the ugly Technicolor Wireless Router that Ogero force customers to use.
By installing custom firmware that hides administrative privileges, user can't view or change PPPoE Username & Password and Blocked Telnet for non-Admins
for my case my Technicolor is *Dead* and it needs like month to replace it
What shall we do

If you visit Ogero's web page you will see they are offering a free modem to new subscribers (offer valid until 31/01/2017).
That's a first.

Is anyone having issues with their Ogero DSLs?
Internet for the past 3 days has been absolute shit, I keep losing connection and even when there is connection, it's slow as hell..
I can't even watch a 144p video on YouTube while usually I do at 480p without pausing.

Which DSL modem do you have ? Check the 4th light if it's a Thomson modem when this happens. Does it go off ?
I am assuming your connection is slow because it's re-syncing (after disconnecting) at a very low speed due to a low SNR.
You need to check your modem parameters when this happens. Type 192.168.1.254 in the browser and enter the following username/password: user / user
