HzSamer wroteAnyone is noticing speed/delay problems on Fiber? Both download and browsing.
It started yesterday and some websites isn't opening without a VPN.
I cannot connect to certain games like I used to be able to. World of Warcraft will not log in unless I use a VPN. Same thing for Last Epoch, I cannot run them without a VPN. I told Ogero about this, they said they will investigate. Good to know its not just me.
Same here, a lot of resets on many websites. I am Ogero too. Maybe a firewall from their side blocking some IPs here and there. I will contact 1515 tomorrow. It's very annoying as I work totally remote from home too.

Same here. Also some websites like twitch take forever to load and basically either load halfway or dont load at all. Let's make some noise on this on Twitter, maybe they can help.

Have you tried calling 1515, any response from them please. This has been persisting with me since Wednesday noon. I tried a local DNS cache reset , Google DNS , Cloudfare DNS.. Nothing is working. Ogero was very stable with me for the last couple of years. Most probably a service deterioration from their side as repercussions from strikes, salaries , economic crises etc..

I messaged them on Twitter yesterday and explained the problem. I think they fixed it today around 30 min ago.

Looks to be good today, will monitor and contact them if it happens again.
I am using a VPN now connected to Netherlands Server IP . Everything is smooth with no connections resets or half downloaded pages. Working remotely too with no interruptions. I will do a test by disabling the VPN today and see if Ogero adjusted that and are now fully recovered.
Bunch of stuff for me isnt working as of 3-4 hours ago.
- I cannot use a VPN (have Nord)
- I cannot use any DNS on my ethernet adapter
- I cannot play any Steam Game online (Dota) as it doesnt connect to their servers
- I cannot play EA games (Battlefield)
- I cannot use Discord Voice
- I can browse, watch youtube etc. Dunno whats happening.
- I can play WoW weirdly enough.

Anyone notice some throttling on Torrents these days? I'm on the unlimited package and way below the FUP

EDIT: Nevermind, I restarted the router to get a new IP and things worked out.
أنا كمان عندي هيك لتورنتس كلن
IDK if it's more the seeders or just ogero, it's so frustrating

<admin edit: no arabic in latin characters. Review the rules please />

Hello everyone! First post here.

I am experiencing insane lag on OGERO Fiber at the office.

When I start a speed test, it is stuck at 0 mbps for 20 seconds and then goes to 200 Mbps

With some basic programs I use at the office, I get notifications that some ports are blocked by a firewall (1 out of 2 times)

Even with Google, it sometimes says "unable to to connect to the server at google.com" but ends up working after some tries.

I wont start with Youtube, so slow but once the video starts it stars, but it can take 2 minutes to do so.

In General internet is super laggy and slow.

Funny fact is that at my house I do not have this issue (both house and office are in Hazmieh)

I see that a lot of you are experiencing this issue.

Changing the router will help or not at all?
Unfortunately I don't have fiber, but I have had issues with the regular dsl. What seems to help was changing the DNS from whatever they had to either cloudfares or Google's or a combination. I went with 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.4.4 as my dns addresses and it seemed to improve it.

I tried it but it didnt work.
I am really baffled. I live 5 minutes away from the office and the fiber at home has no issue at all (I hope i didnt jynx it )
I am trying to connect my fiber modem to the router tp link to boost the signal, unfortunately the router is not seeing the connection coming from the modem.
Connected by cat6 cable from LAN 1 port on the modem to WAN port on the router.
I tried to connect the modem to my pc by cable and it's getting internet flawlessly.
So what am I missing?

What happens when you set the WAN connection to a dynamic IP? (on the second router you're trying to connect) Does it connect? Also, make sure that they don't have the same gateway.
Took it to idm, they set it up as cloning the modem to router, it's working now but I can't access my router settings anymore, so if I want to change my wifi password, I can't
