Hey all,
After a long search in KSA, I'v finally found an ADSL2+ modem-only for Lebanon with configurable SNR margin, its the TP-Link TD8841(I know 6+ years old), but its a broadcom chipset which can handle syncs better on 2+km from DSLAM.
Finally installed phone line and this is my DSL stats. (Still waiting for subscription)

And this is telnet session, apparently the router runs a micro image of linux, can also handle bash scripting.

My setup: TPlink 1043nd router running my own custom built openwrt image + TD8841 (fw updated from tplink.sg - legacy devices website)
I currently have the "wireless" internet setup, can't wait to try multi-WAN load-balancing :P
Hope this helps, probably a list of broadcom modems in Lebanon would be useful.
