TPR0 Iv told them that I used to have a Public IP, they said, 'impossible' ... Gonna e-mail IDM if they do support public ip, as im changing my ip soon... (moving house, phone etc)
Aly IDM by default offer private IP to their residential customers, last time I checked (when I was subscribed with them) they dont offer a public IP for a small fee, if you want a public IP with IDM they have a range of SOHO accounts with high prices compared to regular DSL, but of course you can ask them again maybe things changed.
TPR0 What about Ogero? I think they do offer... I guess the main problem is the limited capacity Lebanon receive, caching requires transparent proxy , 10gbps is very low, it should be at least 30. Thats why SOHO is expensive maybe...
Aly Currently Ogero, Wise & Sodetel offer public IPs for regular DSL users, not sure about cyberia though.

TPR0 longbit wroteWISE. any plan comes with a dynamic public IP. a static one cost probably an additional 10$. Thanks, ill choose ogero
