The problem here is telling a store how to run his business. That's rather disrespectful. You can either accept his prices or refuse them. You have every right to negotiate. But when you're downright disrespectful, AND the customer service is not a ROBOT, then he has every right to be defensive too. Do you know anything of the difficulties he faces when dealing with customs? Do you know that after he had ordered a specific order with 2 power supplies, the customs held his 2 power supplies (they were high-end, we're talking Antec / Corsair here!), and he had to leave them in order to take the rest of his order?? Do you know anything of this? Then if you don't, then don't act too smart.
Targeting the question of whether I believe everyone is stupid or not, well for example, in these forums, there are quite a lot of smart people, and ones who are able to have a respectful conversation that is productive and efficient, without stepping on others' tails. But I am getting quite convinced that you are definitely not one of them. You're quite the opposite, it seems. You were even trolling, which is against the lebgeeks forum etiquette, IF you had bothered to read it.

If you so believe, then why didn't you ask him to give you that laptop for $600, same price as Amazon, it doesn't matter since you will be satisfied, he'll just have a tiny loss on the order of hundreds. No, even better yet, if you are right, then order the laptop using DHL, or Aramex, or whatever you wish. Some shipping couriers have a notorious reputation of arriving, IN the US, with your hard drive defective.
Let's see how your laptop will do, and just HOW much you are going to pay for your potential paperweight. You think we're living in Europe or something. Heck, order it. I have an Aramex PO BOX in the US and UK, do you know how much they charge?? 10$ for first HALF a kilogram, 8.5$ for each additional one. FROM Amazon, it weights 7 pounds. 3.17kg. Let's see 10.2$ for 0.5, + 6*8.5 = $61.2 weight ONLYAdd to that customs, which can vary from 10-20%, and can be chosen at will even. Then taxes. Add them together, and IF the customs had mercy on you, you would get it for 868$, NO warranty. Do you have a calculator at home, or not yet?

Since you seem to have boycott google, and restricted access to it from your home, then I don't think you would understand this. But anyways, if you had performed a search on google for: "asus k53sc", and clicked the FIRST LINK (requires approximately 1cm of hand movement @800DPI), you would have seen that it's a MODEL line, not a laptop! Check my screenshot:
If I'm not mistaken, there is, as of today, NO laptop that has 4 CPUs, each different than the other, 4 Windows 7 versions installed AT ONCE, a SINGLE motherboard, and 2 sticks of DDR3 RAM to handle all that, along with just one graphics card, and 4 hard drives, each of different size. So it's bound to be a bunch of possible configurations, no? THAT is why it's not available! Stop making a fool of yourself.
