Shouldn't all these parts go down in price at the beginning of 2012?

not at all, prices should have dropped when lga 2011 released into the markets but did not, prices won't drop in 6 months lol, even if it did, it wouldn't in lebanon
The thing is that the mid-range Core i5 / Core i7's on LGA1155 are not competing with X79, neither is any of LGA1155 or LGA2011 competing with AMD. Thus Intel's prices will largely stay the same. Intel occasionally talks of cuts in the low numbers, like 12%, not much, and that's for CPUs that have been in the market for a while (>1 year, most probably).

Intel is not in a hurry to make you buy X79 over Christmas :P They have all year, and maybe some more to make you do so, if you wished. As for LGA1155, prices can't get any more competitive, can they? They're not even in danger. In 2008, I chose X58. If I were to choose now, I'd probably choose P67 / Z68 (if I wanted to go SLI / CrossFire, I'd consider X79).

@Shant: I'm not so sure it wouldn't drop in Lebanon if it dropped outside Lebanon.
the only reason sandybridge prices will drop(a tiny bit) is if ivy bridge comes out
Do you think the prices I was offered by the ROG Store are correct & reasonable? Or am I being ripped off or something?

Dude no offence or anything, but I feel you're being paranoid :P. Don't compare prices with the US or UK. Instead, take into consideration shipping prices, customs, WARRANTY, etc...and his prices would mostly look very reasonable. The usually expensive bits are just released components, but even those can come down in price with offers, larger quantities, more availability, more demand, etc...
I was asking because I do not know whether they're reasonable or not <_<, wasn't comparing it to anywhere else because we both know how that would end. I'm just making sure that the prices I was offered are OK for Lebanon. Are they?
