Preferably all parts being from Pcandparts or other stores where I can buy the parts right away not order.
What I have come up with so far:
GPU: Asus ENGTX570/2DI/1280MD5 GeForce GTX 570 1.28GB DDR5 DUAL
Or Gigabyte GV--13I GeForce GTX 570 1.28GB DDR5 Dual
Or EVGA 02G-P3-1568-KR GeForce GTX560Ti 2GB DDR5 Dual w/TV
Or Gigabyte GV-N560OC-1Gl GeForce GTX 560Ti 1GB DDR5
Or Inno3D GeForce GTX 560Ti 1GB DDR5
Case: ThermalTake VM20001W2Z Armor A60 case
CPU: 3.4 GHz - i7-2600K
CPU Cooler: ThermalTake CLP0564 Frio for LGA1366, LGA1156/5& LGA775 CPU Cooler
RAM: 8GB Kingston DDR3(2x4GB)
Mobo: Asus P8Z68-V ATX (DDR3) (LGA1155) (future proof)
HDD: not sure
UPS: Not sure
PSU: Not sure
Budget: ~1300$
Gaming computer

thats a great machine,a 500 GB harddrive a normal 1200 UPS and a regular PSU and you are off.

i5-2500k is not available at pcandparts unfortunately. or any other place where I could buy it right away.
DCII GPU is not available either.
I could find Corsair RAM but the price is ridiculous in Lebanon.
Probably going with an XFX PSU.
Was thinking of getting a P67 board but Z68 is more future proof.
Not worried about the HDD.
Pretty sure cooling is fine, I can just add more fans for safety measures.
Now, from the list of GPU's that I selected, which 560TI would you go for and which 570 would you go for? Slight chance that I might get a 580 but I don't think so.

All these parts that I suggested can be picked up from ROG store. The i5 2500K, DCUII, Corsair RAM (trust me not ridiculous, probably 8GB for $200 from ROG, but don't quote me on that), PSUs available will be Antec, Corsair, etc... but XFX is sweet too. HDD I recommend you worry about it :D, trust me on this, and go for quality. Cooling will not be too pleasing, especially since it'll cause more noise too. Get a DCUII, and the Frio is golden, and call it a day.
From the list, I wouldn't get any one of them, for a simple reason. They all come with stock cooling, which is IMHO not that good.

There is no ROG shop open at the moment so that is not an option. As much as I would love to have such hardware, I cannot put my trust in a stranger, no offense intended to that person.
With that said, I have to somehow manage to build the best computer possible within my budget from pcandparts.
Unless ROG has a store open with all the parts already there ready to be picked up then that's a different story.
As far as your comment on the stock cooling of the GPU's, I wouldn't be so sure because the Gigabyte GV-N570SO-13I GeForce GTX 570 1.28GB DDR5 Dual($430 without VAT at pcandparts), as shown on newegg($350), has 3 fans.

That is just an example as not all cards come with stock cooling unless Pcandparts is lying.

Dude dude first of all wait a bit. ROG store is reopening. He's relocating. You can't put trust in a stranger?? He's the ASUS dealer in Lebanon if you didn't know that! He's legally registered as a dealer and reseller in case you want to check. And just ask the people who previously bought from him, the support he gives them. I deal personally with him, and trust me he's 100% trustworthy.
I stand corrected about the Gigabyte GTX 570. Nevertheless, the DirectCUII cooling is vastly superior, and so is ASUS's PCB design, stability, etc... in general. So there is no harm going ASUS either way. Since you're at it, grab the DCUII version, and you're good to go.

How long till he reopens?

i5 2500k
xfx 750 or 850w psu
case: doesnt matter ;)
mobo: Asus p8z68 v pro G3 (that's the one for future proof not the normal z68, the g3 has pci-e 3.0)
ram: If you want stability and oc ability go corsair or gskill, if you want to just work fine get some kingston value ram.
gpu: Asus gtx 570 DCuII or msi gtx 570 power edition or MAYBE you can order the new gtx 560 ti 448, its almost the same as 570 (-3/5%) but cheaper and stronger than a normal gtx 560 ti!!!
Cooler: frio
But you have to get them from ROG store, if you want i can pull you the prices of these items by tomorrow see if we can fit all of them in ur budget.
Since your cooling your cpu with frio, and getting a non-reference gpu you dont have to worry about case airflow THAT much, ofcourse a good airflow will lower temps. But you see the benefit of non-reference cards? You have better temps, quit operation, more oc potential, higher build quality and lifespan, and a cheapo case :D. Savings for the holidays ppl$$ ;).

I can stretch my budget to 1500$, how long does it take for the parts to be here once I order them from that store?
Also, when and where will he be reopening?
shant
go with an asus graphic card brad and direct cII if possible
2500k, sure why not
you need quality rams with that quality specs, you can't just go with cheap rams, may prevent oc and bottleneck cpu
psu,i recommend XFX, i have it, its simply awesome, its seasonic made so its quality built, as for rog store, the owner is a nice guy, i made a purchase of rams with him a week ago, you can trust him
Beej
Both motherboards are similar, different in few oc specs and power delivery.
But yes this is the one.
The stuff will arrive in a bout 2 weeks or so, ill ask for the prices for you later today.

Ok then,

RAM: 8GB Corsair or G.Skill
PSU: xfx 750 or 850w
HDD: ?
UPS: ?
Total cost?

Riven wroteTotal cost?
Did you bother collecting the prices from PC and Parts?

I think he's asking about the total cost from ROG store.

Apologies then.

MOBO: Asus p8z68 v pro G3 320$ TTC
CPU: i5 2500k 300$ TTC
CPU Cooler: ThermalTake CLP0564 Frio for LGA1366, LGA1156/5& LGA775 CPU Cooler 54$ TTC
Case: ThermalTake VM20001W2Z Armor A60 case 86$ TTC
RAM: 8GB Corsair or G.Skill 200$ or 160$ TTC respectively
PSU: xfx 750 or 850w 160$ or 138$
HDD: WD 1terra 120$ TTC
GPU: 570 DcuII or 560 448 DCu II 500$ or 460$ respectively
UPS: at least an 800-1000 unit.
You will have to get the case and cooler from pcandparts: case 78$ + cooler 49$ +psu 125$ = 252 add VAT and 5$ shipping cost 283$ for a case, cooler, and psu (750w is enough for an oc-ed system and 2x 560s or 570s).
The rest from ROG store board 320$ + cpu 300$ + ram 160$ (snipers are awesome!)+ Hdd 120$= 900$
Now your total is 283 + 900 = 1183$ without gpu. Now i know this sounds bad, its not. with the left $ you can barley get a 560 448 version or a 570, you will have to stretch the budget by alot.
My advice? Get get kingston rams, pcandpart has 8g for 50$s (after vat) so we saved 110$s. The total now is 1073$s, now we can get a 560 ti 448 version, or stretch a little bit more and get 570.
Note: 560 448 is 3% slower than a 570, i.e. almost negligible. Has same buss and has same amount of Vram. But it is a limited run card. meaning in the future if you want to sli the card you will probably not find one. But with this motherboard you will be set for future cpus, you only need to drop the new cpu without getting new board/ram..etc and be ready for future gpus that WILL be pci-e 3.0 ready cards.
Edit: Before anyone else bashes me about the kingston rams, they DONOT hinder overclock. Since the cpu is a K version you will not need 1600+ rams to be comfortable. Also ram speeds and timings has little effect on performance. Also SB DOESNOT like speeds of 2200 mhz+ since its memory is locked with the buss, aka 100mhz.
Riven
Tarek offered me 6GB Gskill ram for 120$ and instead of 1TB I'm getting a 500GB WD for 75$, where does that put me at?
Beej
283$ from pcandparts and 815$ from ROG, so 1098$ with no gpu.
