No
The winterhold college quest
yeah but i finished it, and there are no good stuff, other than arch-mage robe, and the staff of magnus. Other specialties get so much more stuff from quests.

You do get a unique mage gear, a combination of stealth and destruction. Something like a mage assassin. It looks pretty cool as well.

any store that sells pirated games should have it
Usually I don't like "skill farming", but once I got over level 50 I thought I'd increase some skills the easy way.
Here are a few tricks I used.

Smithing:
Make a whole lot of leather bracers & iron daggers, they are cheap on required materials.

Conjuration:
Buy the Soul Trap spell
Kill an NPC - I tried on a town civilian; not sure if it works on hostile people.
Equip the spell in both hands
Start casting it alternating left and right (to save time) on the NPC's corpse.
The spell will fail, since the NPC is dead, yet your Conjuration skill will still increase.
Repeat until satisfied.

Light / Heavy Armour:
Get some healing potions
Or dual equip a healing spell
Wear your armour
Go stand in the middle of a hostile group and let them hack and slash at you
Keep healing yourself

Block:
Same as above, but keep blocking
(you can level both your blocking AND your armour if enemies are all around you; block on the front, armour on the back)

EDIT

Hehe I just came up with a new one.

Spoiler warning! (a bit)

Restoration:
Once you visit High Hrothgar and do the Shouts tutorial with the Greybeards, you will gain access to the High Hrothgar courtyard. They tell you that you cannot meet their leader until you are ready: There is a set of stairs where you can go up, and a powerful storm that drains your health and forces you back.
Well, you can use this constant drain on your health to level your Restoration.
Dual equip a healing spell, and stand there and let the storm slowly kill you. Heal yourself at the same time. I suggest the basic spell called Healing, not one of the instant healing ones like Close Wounds.
My computer's graphic's card is very old and cant even play fallout new vegas without lagging so getting skyrim for pc is not an option. I am thinking of getting it for ps3 but ive seen on youtube many videos of it lagging alot on ps after you spend some time with it. All of the users post angry comments that after you hit the 36th hour youre game starts to run at 2 frames per second. i doubt that i will play skyrim for more than 36 hours but i want to ask you guys about this. do you think i should get skyrim for ps3 or is the freezing too bad?

Well for a start, those dvds come with a folder full of drivers, did you try to install the important ones? I know so because Skyrim used to crash to the desktop as soon as i start the game, and it fixed it. So dig into the folder and install the audio, video, and graphics drivers. If this doesn't work then you must have a bad copy.
It turned out that the audio problem causes this glitch so i changed the audio quality and it worked. Thanks for reply

Then don't buy pirated copies. I usually go through PlayAsia.com or have my brother send me copies from Dubai. I didn't think the forum condoned use of pirated software?

Not sure where did you get the idea of anyone encouraging buying pirated software, but the guy asked a question and we answered. It is up to the individual to decide where to get the game from.
