Badieh wroteThus my question, how could you destroy them?
At some point in the quest to join them you are ordered to kill one of the three guys in front of you. If you kill one you are in the brotherhood, but if you decide to kill the one that is telling you to kill one of the three you will have the quest: Destroy the Dark brotherhood
Ah wow, I didn't know you could have done that, I was so happy to kill the whiny woman and the self pumped Khajit, mind you, you only need to kill one :P. Then I guess it is totally up to you whether to destroy them or join them, as far as I read, you will get all the gear out of their bodies + 3000 septim. Not sure about Shadowmere though
Does anyone know how to install the Update pack 1?
In details please

I discovered an easy way to level enchanting. Almost all guides go about you enchanting your iron daggers, but let's get real, filling 300 soul gems isn't fun. I found out that if you refill a weapon magic effect, it is considered as an enchanting act, and it gives exp. So all you need is The black star of Azura, and a weapon that traps souls. Now while questing normally, each time you kill one, recharge the weapon. You will hit 80 in enchanting before you know.
I got the game today, but the whole game is in French, and I hate the French voices. AAAAAHHHHHH if you thought the English one was annoying trying listening to the French one. And sadly the settings can't be changed:(
Amazing game though.
just got it yesterday!!! in love with this game!!!

What is the deal with horses? should i buy one?
Monkey D. Luffy wroteMind re-explaining because I didn't get it :/
Okay, well, you basically got three types of weapons, Staffs, Normal Weapons, and Magical Weapons. Staffs are the long sticks that mostly mages use, this is because they get internally modified according to how good the caster is with a certain school. So if the caster was good in destruction, fire/shock/frost staffs will do more damage and last longer. Normal weapons are all kinds of weapons that don't have an enchant on them, bows, daggers, swords, maces...etc. Once normal weapons get enchanted, they become Magical weapons. However, just like staffs, magical weapons got a certain amount of times to be used before it gets drained out. The way to recharge them is by entering the "Weapons" menu, then select your weapon and press "T", after that you will need to select one of the filled soul gems to consume it in return for recharging the weapon magic effect.

The Black Star of Azura is a special gem that can be filled with human souls, and it doesn't get consumed up. There are two ways to trap souls of humans, either cast the spell Trap Soul (could be annoying if you weren't a magician since it requires 90 Magika), so won't be able to use it often. Another way is enchant a weapon (or get an already enchanted weapon) with an effect of trapping souls. They usually last a certain amount of time before they fade from target, during that time you need to kill the target to fill the soul. Once the star is filled, recharge your weapon before you kill another target. Keep doing so everytime you kill an enemy (except dragons as they resist soul trap, since you already suck their soul after killing them).

AxisFlame wroteWhat is the deal with horses? should i buy one?
Horses got four main uses:
1- They can climb mountains like no other, it is like riding a goat, or spider horse. Even they say that these horses gain in strength and stamina in what they lack, speed.
2- They fight with you, and usually tank (if not in dungeon).
3- Once you mount them, you can fast travel, even if encumbered.
4- You fast/travel around the world faster.

Buying one would cost you 1000 septims, but you got two ways to get a horse for free, either go to Riften Inn and talk to some guy leaning on the wall, you will start a very easy quest for Frost horse. Or Dark brotherhood, but it will be a while before you get Shadowmere.
Three questions, Are there any worthwhile mods? and how to become vampire/werewolf? and should i join the dark brotherhood? if yes how?
Never tried Mods, so can't really help you there.

How to become vampire/werewolf?
Vampire: Find a vampire cave/dungeon, if you have it on expert or master level lower the difficulty, then find yourself a lonely vampire to attack you. Now you will need to keep healing yourself while being attacked until you catch the disease. Once you got the disease sleep/wait 3 days. Embrace the night!

********* COMPANIONS SPOILER************
Werewolf: Join the Companions in whiterun, few quests in you will be asked if you want to join their ranks as a werewolf, if you agree, a ritual will start where you will drink from the blood of Aela the Huntress (werewolf form), and voila, you are a werewolf.

Should i join the dark brotherhood?
This is up to you really, but from a personal opinion, I always enjoy their quest lines. I just love a quest where you are asked to kill someone, and not just that. They usually give you few ways of killing to go by, some of course more dangerous than others. You get lots of money rewards, good stealth assassin gear (rogue/mage), a horse, and a place to call home!
Thanks alot, badieh, currently rocking the collage of winterhold questline, and i looked werewolves and vampires up, and i think i am going vampy, cuz i am a mage, and it seems the more beneficial choice, can you recommend a dungeon?
i checked the vampire advantages and disadvantages,vampires have a LOT of disadvantages...sunlight is really really bad
I accidentally got turned to a vamp in Oblivion and it was really annoying not being in the sunlight. Fast traveling is a pain and people don't talk to you if you don't feed, so if you want to be a vamp find one constant feeding place.

I got turned into a werewofl (reluctantly) but only did for the special quest line it belongs to, currently looking to cure it as I find it useless since I'm a mage and I hate close combat.
@AxisFlame
I believe in your quest line of Winterhold college you will be asked to wipe out a vampire dungeon. If you already did that. Go to Morthal's Jarl, and start the quest line to investigate the burned house, you will fight vampires there as well.

@shant
The only big disadvantage of vampires is the sunlight, you will need to time your outdoors questing to be done at night. Other than that there isn't much. Fire weakness can easily be countered while frost resistance is gained. Feeding can easily be done by asking any companion to sleep. In case you end up with Stage 4, you can use your skills to sneak into a town, or camp, and feed. Not a big problem.

@Gomez
I played all of Oblivion as a vampire, and all I can say is that I was scary as hell. Turned into vampire on purpose after finishing Dark Brotherhood quest line there. I did all the quests during night time and slept/waited during daytime. I fed on the poor sleeping in the streets, and sometimes I let myself go to stage 4 just to feel the power.

My personal opinion on Vamp vs Werewolf in Skyrim,
They might have went a bit too far with Vampires getting sunburns while Werewolves can pretty much transform amidst daylight. Vampires can still get sleep bonuses, so sleeping while it is day outside can be worthwhile to level up your skills faster. While Werewolves never gain any sleep bonuses whatsoever. Once you are a werewolf you can't loot, open map, regenerate health (Unless you feed on killed humans), and you get damaged far too easily. So if you think being a werewolf is better, think again. I'm having thoughts of changing from werewolf to vampire, but my Orc is a melee dual wield beast, this is the only reason I've kept him a werewolf for so long.
