Me too, switching.
Im a Terranet 2M 15G user, get FUPed most of the time. (though, they said its under maintenance, but that was before 2 months)
Everyday, I get from 20 to 50 KB/s (except from 8AM to 2PM) , used to get 120 all the time... (for 2 months)
Still, not bothering me that much. Talking as in Lebanon.
I guess getting FUPed isn't bad after all as long as its usable, but we should know the minimum speed. (In KSA, its 170 GB / USA=700GB, then the speed is shrinkd to its 1/2)
