Hi i live in Zahle specifically in Ka3 El Rim (Outskirts) I'm with Terranet 256k, my quota was increased to 10G or so whatever... but the situation is like this: Because I live too far away from Ogero's stupid hub i am doomed to live with only 256k max. because DSL depends on distance which means the further you'll go the slower the connection will get. And unless they upgrade their equipment to fiber optics (which i doubt they'll ever do b4 we die) we're in a VERY awkward situation. So as far as Terranet is concerned they've given me 1Mbps but i can't receive over 256k and it won't make a difference if i switch to IDM/Cyberia or OGERO (God forbid!). PEACE!

BTW: I believe this country is giant piece of S**T!

After working day and night for 3 days, a team from the Ministry of Telecommunications, Ogero and Cisco Technicians successfully installed and integrated new routers that will allow the promised speed upgrades in Ras beirut, Mazraa, Chiah, Achrafieh and Badaro starting tomorrow.
