This is PoC, it depends on law in Lebanon (as i know no e-signature law yet), so ID might need operator verification, but it can be semi-automated, to make human job max efficient.
For other operations support will have on their side some "shortcut" options to run typical troubleshooting scenarios.
Decent support system can reduce support backlog in any ISP almost to zero. Also i think AI at beginning should give option to activate live speed monitoring for example over chat, without contacting operator, and etc.
