Yes, life has a way of teaching you the same lesson again and again until you understand! It also took me a while to get it.
My post is not personal either, I just happen to have hit my threshold just when I was reading Silentcontrol's post.
In Lebanon we had 15 years of civil war, and we still have much to learn. It also means that there is opportunity for change and improvement.

Indeed! By the way, I was visiting Zahle, and it seemed to me that the latency was really good, maybe good enough for PS4 multiplayer (Call of Duty and such), even? Something I had lost hope for in Lebanon. I posted a question about it earlier in this thread but nobody answered. So it is true?
I don't think we have witnessed such an increase in Beirut, unfortunately.
