to confirm the above, even though i had called and requested that both my plans (6-8MB and 2MB unlimited) be upgraded to 200gb open, i just noticed that the 6-8 is now open with 150gb limit and 2mb is still the same :(
i guess my phone call was wasted
Can you change to a plan of your choice online or you have to go to their offices and sign new papers?

Any chance you ran a speed test to see if your speed also changed or just your listed quota? I ran a test and my 6-8 line is measuring up at 6 and some change.

On another note I also have a second line 2 mb unlimited, did you consider getting the new 2 dedicated unlimited or the 4 unlimited (cheaper plan) for your second line?
on ogero site the plan has been upgraded, however on the router it is still 8mb down/512 up, and the speedtest shows crap, not even 6mb download.
You can do it by calling 1515 after July 20th.

Thanks!
Just Called 1515 and I shifted to 4Mbps /Unlimited -Effective 1st of August , and I will have another Unlimited Speed / 100 GB /Free Cap Night by 3.3 USD /30 Days on my second home line from. IDM to use open speed/unlimited cap from 11pm till 7am - Expected to finilaze the connection approximately 2 months after application submission.

My line handles 20Mbps.

Actually IDM has a good promotion now:

"Please note that our current promotion is a free ADSL WIFI modem + free 2 months at only $9.9 VAT included."

Note : For Optic Fiber it will be a second phase for Ogero to cover , they told me on 1515 - noting that from I am 800 m from the CO of Sakiet al Janzir. Only few areas like Beirut Souks /Downtown are being covered now by optic fiber.
Anyone knows if I can get two different internet connections from different ISPs without the need of two phone lines?
I guess within current legal framework - no, as line speed should be set to specific service plan and connected to specific VLAN for provider.
Technically - possible (but you will be limited by speed of physical line).
gamer4life wroteAnyone knows if I can get two different internet connections from different ISPs without the need of two phone lines?
it is impossible because whatever ISP you choose DSL should be activated by ogero on your line ( that's why it use to take up to 2 month to switch Ogero took too much time to activate DSL on your phone line after you deactivate)
I smell an open speed 70 or 75GB plan for 25$ from IDM
Silentcontrol wroteAny one know when will IDM switch to new plans ?
They told me they started testing now and officially on the 1st of August they will shift to the new plans.
How cute they think the max quota 200gb will not be reached.
On my 6mb speed i did so far 40gb only the first 10 days of the month and thats not counting the unlimited night traffic.
Ps:im holding back a lot.
I also confirm they switched My Ogero account I was on the 6-8 and now it is showing Open speed 150GB.
I will be upgrading next month to the Open speed 200 GB

Last month, I forgot my ps4 turned on the first day of the month. It downloaded 59.9 GB on the first day.
Ended up with the below after a lot of self control and 4G usage
You have exceeded your Allowed Free Usage volume of 60 GB by 51555.328 MB (OR 50.347 GB)
Your extra consumption charge is 103112 L.L.
hey guys, my upstream line attenuation is 13.4.
the max rate shown is 556 kbps, is this the max upload that can be achieved with adsl2+ or is it the max my modem can handle or is it due to something else?
