well it's stated here previously regarding the electrical interference it's page 104 anayman_k7's post, and no you are too far away to benefit from VDSL and again no you have too much noise on your line you cant go higher than 1 mbps with 6 db margin.

I will check what i can do about the SNR if it is due to electrical interference.
Will the fiber installation be possible for my situation if i am not far from the CO?

The fiber plans aren't very clear yet all we had from Mr. Kreidieh was "Yes if you are close to our network" what does he mean by their network remains to be seen, but i think you are a bit far from the CO, 44 attenuation means you are 3 km+ from the CO...No worries though soon the fiber to the cabinet project will start which will remedy this problem for you and numerous other subscribers.

So i've been going through some of your lines stats, and mine seems very different:
DSL Upstream Rate: 512 kbps
DSL Downstream Rate: 2048 kbps
Down up
DSL Noise Margin: 200 dB 168 dB
DSL Attenuation: 300 dB 468 dB
DSL Transmit Power: -901 dBm -901 dBm

i got those from "router ip"/setup.cgi?next_file=adsl_driver.htm (linksys router)

any idea why i have these huge numbers ?

Check that same page again because maybe the unit is 0.1 dB as it is in my case (TP link router). then you'd have to divide by 10 to get the actual values

Not that i know of, you can however send ogero a message and ask them your distance from the CO and max speed, from their reply you can estimate the attenuation.
