Well ahmad that's not very good news for us unlimited users :P i think he meant that there's only 2 mbps speed for unlimited, and a 4mbps entry plan then all the others open speeds.. unlimited will stay the same and alone with no other choice except limited plans.

And when I asked if they are going to fix it today, they said no, and that I wont be able to benefit from the test today :(
Sad, because I live only 1 KM away from the central.

Guess that applies to me also given I live in Abra and many of my friends living here also still have the same speed...oh well...

My speed test in sharhabel saida, soo close to the active cabinet ..expected much more where modem reading a max rate upto 25mb/sec and the attainable rate is 20.5mb/s called ogero and they said that speed limitation is from cyberia's side

I'm guessing the cabinet meeting is done by now, but the question is how will we know if they approved it or not.

The dailystar article didn't mention the Internet decree, even thought it detailed the exchange between the ministers.

If they didn't sign it, what a monumental waste of time
