Abdel-Moneim Youssef has a more than impressive CV, he used to work abroad in satellites and space programs or something like that. What he lacked is good intentions and ethics... Lets hope this person has those.
I started looking for Youssef's qualifications online, but couldn't find anything about him before his days at Ogero. In any case, the two that have replaced his duties appear to be very qualified and don't appear to be as political as their predessor.
Hopefully good things are coming soon.
Oh yeah, on an aside, I heard from a family friend that Ogero is hiring 200-300 more people. Apparently the orders came out when the new minister was sworn in. So if you are looking for little pay or glory at a government job, then you have an option (sarcasm). :)
