13-15 GB per night. I usually download big games during several nights and never experience any slow down.

13-15gb is considered heavy, so there is no fup whatsoever

Idm and cyberia have no FUP for limited quota plans i already asked them when the last upgrade was made.

I have current speed in router set to 18 M.
Is this specified by ISP or calculated by the modem?

got a piece of info from the cyberia support that they will have plans with open speeds and plans with limited speed available to choose from, and within 1 week the packages will be revealed
