Applying for Bachelors Degree equivalence at the ministry of education

Hello all, I am graduating with a Masters degree this semester and now I need to apply for graduation at the university, so they want

1    Certified copy of the BS equivalence
2    Certified copy of the degree
3    Certified Official Transcript

I didn't do the BS equivalence once I got it because of the strikes at the ministry + I thought I could just do the masters equivalence once I get it without the need for the BS equivalence :) I have been looking at Libanpost services and they can do the certification and equivalence process but multiple people discouraged me from sending them through Libanpost because of the delay they faced with them.
Does anyone have any recent experience going through the equivalence process?

Don't have recent experience, but usually, the university would accept the "number" or "invoice" of the ministry temporarily as they know that they are slow on good days.

I suggest you speak with your registrar and inform them of your case, the most likely solution would be to submit them now at the ministry and giving them a copy of the "invoice". You will have to provide them the equivalence once it's issued by the ministry in all cases.
