Best budget receiver? (To combine with a satellite dish)

As the title says, i wanna buy a receiver for my mom, however I've no idea where to begin or search. Is "starsat" a good brand? Im looking for something which outputs 4k resolution (is it possible with satallite?) I currently have a TCL C635 tv, sadly the internal receiver only has "cable" and "antenna" option no satallite.

As for the budget I've no idea how much they get sold for, is $50 enough?

Re: Best budget receiver? (To combine with a satellite dish)

Strong receivers can reorder and add favorites very easily, large memory (128MB) so rescanning and garbage channels doesn't change favorites. Menus and switching channels is instant.
4k isn't common with DVB-S2, but the bitrate is usually high at 40mbit with 1080p.
The cheapest model is around 70.
