Keying in video conference

I was wondering, is there way to use keying in software like Skype, or maybe some other software? For those unfamiliar with the term, keying is removing that colored screen in the back and replacing it with another footage. I need to video chat with keying options. Suggestions? I looked online, couldn't spot a software that can do it. Any alternative ideas?
