Out of curiosity where is there wireless internet in aub, and is there in the dorms
ya evrywhere in aub
ok listen rolph since i have same connection gds cable i want to ask i got http tunnel but kazaa lite isnt connecting tell me what setting i put in kazaa
in kazaa lite: firewall: check "use socks 5" and write address "localhost" or "127.0.0.1" and port "1080"
leave the "authentication" stuff blank and unchecked.
Then open http-tunnel, reconnect kazaa and see if you get new connections in http-tunnel.
If you're tying to connect using the http-tunnel free service, forget it, it's about 0.5-1KBytes/sec, too slow for kazaa to connect.

I opened the autoproxy link you gave above in my browser and read it, these are the proxies in use:
[proxy address:port]
proxya.aub.edu.lb:3128
proxy1.aub.edu.lb:3128
proxy2.aub.edu.lb:3128
(port 3128 is the default setting in the squid proxy server)
