Any cool image effects?

I'm looking for some awesome image effects, stuff to do with Photoshop. I searched for hours on google images, but I couldn't find anything new or out of the ordinary.

There's an image I found, it goes to what seems as a dating site, so I can't get a bigger copy of it, but here it is.

Anyone knows how to get that effect? Any favorite of yours?
