I know it's free, but the last time I checked it was covering Europe...

I love Discovery too, I just wish Cablevision vision would carry Discovery HD

Bottom line is that we need to be able to enjoy the glory of 1080i broadcasts... whether swimwear or extreme engineering! :)

btw, if any of you has an HDMI HD satellite receiver hooked to a Full HD TV, check out Luxe TV HD
It's free with great visuals..

But I need more channels :(
I want SciFi HD, Discovery HD, National Geographic HD!!!!!!!! Yalla Cablevision!!

Hey I dont mean to hijack the thread, but I want to ask. What do I need or who should I contact if I want to install HD channels? Im still stuck with 10$/month satellite channels. I want to begin using those HDMI ports on my TV

Hey I dont mean to hijack the thread, but I want to ask. What do I need or who should I contact if I want to install HD channels? Im still stuck with 10$/month satellite channels. I want to begin using those HDMI ports on my TV

You need an HD satellite receiver ($250-350), but no HD providers yet :(
But even for SD channels, an HD satellite receiver gives a better picture on your Full HD display through some upscaling...
